I am playing broken sword 1, I am stuck in syria where I have to hand the ball to nejo, it just won't let me do it so I can carry on going back to the kebab seller to retrieve the toilet brush. I have used the walkthrough, but still will not let me hand the ball to nejo. can anyone help me.

More or less as the title.  I can't get the game to install.  I follow the steps.  I place the CD in the the tray, the system auto-runs and I get to the welcome install screen.  After I click install and agree to the EULA, nothing happens.  After I installed the patch that comes with the CD, I get a question asking if I want to reinstall the game.  I click yes, and then the system goes back to the welcome screen and nothing happens.  Please help and many thanks in advance.

Hi all,
 
Yet another newbie to this forum.
 
Bought the above game this morning from my local Tesco's store and I can't install the game as there is no white box with 22 digit code or even inside the case. I know that each CDROM have a unique code but I can't install this game without it!!
 
Any idea's how to pass this??
